Entry-level Florist in Washington, USA


We are a well-established floral design company based in Washington, USA looking for an enthusiastic and creative entry-level florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Cut, clean, and arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare flower bouquets and centerpieces for delivery or pick-up
- Participate in design meetings to brainstorm new ideas and concepts

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but must have a passion for flowers and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements is preferred
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential skills for this role
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 20 pounds)
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
