We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Bungoma! As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of our products in various retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves
- Implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers as needed
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work full-time and have a valid work permit or visa sponsorship

Salary: $1600 per month
