Senior Floral Designer

We are a well-established floral design company located in Eldoret, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Floral Designer to join our team. As a Senior Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and everyday orders.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and design requirements
- Create innovative and visually stunning floral arrangements using various types of flowers
- Ensure timely completion of orders within the given budget
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior floral designers
- Maintain the overall aesthetic of the shop and display area
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote the company's services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a floral designer, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and other floral materials
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
- Knowledge of current trends in floral design is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, based on experience. This is a full-time position based in Eldoret, with potential for growth within the company.
