Architecture Manager


The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Lahore. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of architects and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Develop detailed designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Proven experience in project management from conception to completion
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong technical skills using CAD software for design development
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary: 1000$ per month (without accommodation)

Location: Lahore (Pakistan)
