Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract)



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an English speaking online consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to clients’ inquiries and concerns via email, live chat, or phone
- Assisting clients with product inquiries, technical issues, billing inquiries, and other support-related tasks
- Building strong relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance and maintaining a positive attitude
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services to clients
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service is delivered
- Providing accurate and timely responses to client inquiries while adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must; additional language proficiency is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, live chat, social media, etc.
- Availability to work on a contract basis with flexible hours
