Online Consultant - Kenya (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and personalized consulting services to clients in Kenya. This is a contract job that offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultations to clients in Kenya, addressing their needs and concerns
- Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on client's requirements
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Continuously improve consulting processes and strategies to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan national or have extensive knowledge of the Kenyan market and culture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in online consulting or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using technology platforms for online communication (e.g. Skype, Zoom)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
