Auto Body Repair Technician

We are in search of a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Auto Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, ensuring they are returned to their pre-accident condition. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts as needed for repair
- Straighten bent frames and body panels using specialized equipment
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as doors, fenders, and bumpers
- Weld or bond replacement parts onto the vehicle as needed
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking
- Mix paint according to specifications and apply it to the vehicle
- Buff and polish painted surfaces for a seamless finish
- Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure they are functioning properly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Repair Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
