We are seeking skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinists to join our team in Ufa. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights, including maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial structures such as bridges, buildings, and wind turbines. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong climbing skills and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial climbing tasks using specialized equipment and techniques
- Conduct inspections and assessments of structures at heights
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on industrial structures
- Install new equipment or fixtures at height
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working at heights
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent climbing skills and physical fitness
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Valid biometric passport
- Nepali nationality preferred
