Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights in industrial settings, such as cleaning, painting, maintenance, and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Using ropes and harnesses to access and work at heights
- Installing and removing equipment or structures at height
- Performing cleaning, maintenance, painting, or construction tasks as required
- Communicating with team members on the ground to coordinate tasks and ensure safety
- Inspecting equipment and reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Alpinist
- Certification in industrial rope access techniques (IRATA or equivalent)
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to industrial alpinism
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members on the ground
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (accommodation provided)
