Indian Sales Manager in Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or in sales leadership
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Experience in developing effective sales strategies for new markets is an asset

Salary:
$1200 per month.

Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm. Some flexibility may be required for attending events outside of normal working hours.

Accommodation:
This is a full-time job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own accommodations within Nakuru.

Location:
This position is based in Nakuru, Kenya but may require occasional travel within Kenya or internationally for business purposes.
