We are searching for a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans and drawings. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare presentation materials to communicate design ideas to clients
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure that designs are being implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
