We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings for industrial buildings and facilities
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into design plans
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers and other construction professionals to coordinate design plans
- Review contractor bids and participate in the selection process
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on project changes or client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards for industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Akron
Nationality: Nepali (preferred)
Language: English (required)
