We are a dynamic and growing architectural firm in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Industrial Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial structures and facilities. Your expertise in both architecture and engineering will be instrumental in creating functional and efficient spaces that meet our clients' specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create design proposals that meet their objectives
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for industrial structures, including factories, warehouses, processing plants, etc.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D/3D models and blueprints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) as well as other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations related to industrial architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong project management abilities

Benefits:
We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1400 per month based on experience. In addition to salary, we also provide benefits such as health insurance coverage. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English.
