Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as strong knowledge of import/export regulations. This is a full-time position open to Indian or Egyptian candidates who have their own visa and do not require English proficiency. Prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, transportation companies, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock levels at warehouses
- Process orders and prepare necessary shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Prepare reports on logistics activities, including shipping costs and delivery times
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination/management
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
