We are a construction company in Chelyabinsk, Russia seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up forms and ensuring proper drainage
- Pour concrete into forms according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete surface using hand tools or power tools
- Apply finishing touches such as sealing and waterproofing
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust work accordingly
- Comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker preferred
- Familiarity with various types of concrete and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
