Job Title: Seasonal Executive Chef for International Cuisine - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Chelyabinsk for a seasonal position. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of international cuisine in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus featuring a variety of international dishes, catering to different dietary requirements and preferences
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Control food costs by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen work environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of different international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and handle pressure effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
