Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation techniques
- Ensure high quality standards and consistency in food taste, appearance, and portion sizes
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or special menus for events or promotions
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a busy restaurant setting
- Proven expertise in Indian cuisine with knowledge of regional variations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with kitchen staff, management, and suppliers
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
