Locksmith Technician


We are hiring a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing lock and key services to our clients, including repairing and installing locks, duplicating keys, and responding to emergency lockouts. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing and installing different types of locks (residential, commercial, automotive)
- Duplicating keys using various key-cutting machines
- Responding to emergency lockouts and providing prompt solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Locksmith or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of locks and key-cutting machines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Indian nationality preferred
