Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and network with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required.
