Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Akron. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. You will also build strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to ensure the hotel stays competitive.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition within the hospitality industry
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, Ohio (open to candidates from other locations)
