Office Manager - Bungoma, Kenya
We are in need of an efficient and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager in our Bungoma location. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including handling phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Create and maintain filing systems for important documents
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking
- Train and supervise administrative staff members
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Salary: $1300 per month
