Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural solutions for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building codes. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience working on projects from concept to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts
- Create 2D/3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations for clients
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in architecture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with local building codes in Vilnius
