Junior Architectural Designer



We are currently hiring for a Junior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Assist with creating presentations and proposals for clients
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Conduct site visits and document existing conditions
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architecture firm
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
