Senior Architect


We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects meet their vision, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs
- Develop project proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee project teams and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Review plans and designs to ensure they meet building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality of work
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior architects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Atlanta. However, we are open to candidates from other locations as long as they are willing to relocate.
