Job Title: Surveyor - Land, Construction, or Quantity


As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting land, construction, or quantity surveys to provide accurate measurements and data for various projects. This job is based in the beautiful city of Sofia, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other necessary information
- Perform construction surveys to ensure accuracy of building plans and adherence to specifications
- Conduct quantity surveys to determine materials needed for construction projects
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels to collect data
- Prepare accurate survey reports and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying or related field
- Knowledge of surveying methods and techniques
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1400 per month
