Insurance Claim Adjuster

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Claim Adjuster in Dubrovnik. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements with policyholders. This is a part-time position that does not require any previous experience or knowledge of English.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims by collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing policy details
- Evaluate the extent of damage or loss and determine coverage and liability based on policy terms
- Communicate with policyholders to gather necessary information and negotiate fair settlements
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and document findings in detailed reports
- Collaborate with other adjusters, attorneys, and experts as needed to resolve complex cases

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in insurance claims adjusting is not required but considered a plus
