Construction Project Manager



We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Plovdiv. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to hiring and managing contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Hire and manage subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Plovdiv (remote work may be considered)

Note: This position does not include accommodation. It is suitable for experienced professionals with strong English language skills. Students interested in gaining experience in construction management are also encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates of Nepali nationality but it is not a strict requirement for this position.
