Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Plovdiv. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay on track
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety standards
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions
- Communicate progress updates regularly to stakeholders such as clients, senior management, and government officials
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of professionals
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with construction cost estimation software is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Plovdiv (accommodation provided)
