Construction Project Manager - Plovdiv, Bulgaria

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project designs, materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1200$ per month
