Project Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including identifying project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with various teams to assign tasks and ensure timely completion of project activities
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors as needed for project support
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address issues, and provide guidance
- Prepare reports on project progress, expenses, and other relevant metrics for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in project management role with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing budgets for projects preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but can also be done remotely.
