Project Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a fast-growing company in Vilnius, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
- Foster a collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.
