Part-Time Team Lead

As a Part-Time Team Lead in Multan, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks, as well as provide guidance and support to team members. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training as needed.
- Ensure team members are meeting performance goals and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Act as a point of contact for any escalated customer or employee concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work part-time hours in the evenings or weekends.
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Multan.

Salary: 1300$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
