Office Assistant in Jeddah (for Egyptian or Nepali candidates)
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. This position is open to Egyptian or Nepali candidates who are looking for a part-time or full-time job opportunity in Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Handling office correspondence and filing documents
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of English is preferred but not required
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
