We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Slinger in Split, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials on construction sites, ensuring that they are moved safely and efficiently to their designated locations. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes or other heavy equipment to move materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the location of materials
- Secure materials using ropes, chains, or straps
- Communicate with other workers to ensure materials are delivered to the correct location
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions before use
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
