Handyman for Contract Work in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman for contract work in Ufa, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties by performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in order to interact with tenants or clients
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential or commercial properties in Ufa
- Knowledge of Russian language is preferred but not required
