As a Personal Trainer in our fitness center in Multan, Pakistan, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training to clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will work with them to design individualized exercise programs tailored to their specific goals and abilities. Your main focus will be on helping clients achieve their desired results through proper form, technique, and motivation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their current fitness level, health history, and goals
- Design customized exercise programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercises
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Track client progress and adjust exercise programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Stay up-to-date with latest fitness trends and research

Requirements:
- Certification or degree in personal training or related field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Ability to create effective exercise programs for individuals of all ages and fitness levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and educate clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Passion for health and fitness
