Body Repair Master

A reputable car repair shop in Gujrat is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using various techniques and tools. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Utilize various techniques and tools to repair body damage, including welding, sanding, and painting
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on the progress of repairs
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques through ongoing training

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain repairs to customers in simple terms
- Physical stamina for long periods of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification or training in auto body repair
- Experience working with different types of vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles)
- Knowledge of computerized estimating systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
