We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, and includes accommodation and visa support.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new customers
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients
