Sales Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. This position requires experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services
- Train new sales employees on company policies, products, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Indian or African market
- Fluency in Hindi or any African language
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Ability to work part-time if required
- Experience working with female customers

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (accommodation provided if needed)
