Mason Supervisor



Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a team of masons on various construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of materials
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety regulations
- Monitor quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a mason with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary: 1400$ per month + benefits

Location: Izhevsk, Russia

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We are currently seeking Indian nationals for this position. No English language skills required but basic knowledge is preferred.
