We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and requirements
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review construction plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests
- Participate in the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment for projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket. This is a full-time position that requires no prior experience.
