Online Consultant
The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through online communication channels. This includes answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing recommendations based on the client's needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online platforms, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Understand and address client needs and concerns in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services offered by the company
- Offer recommendations or solutions to clients based on their specific requirements
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients
- Keep records of client interactions for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an online consultant or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of online platforms and tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing high-quality service
- Time management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in using technology for communication purposes

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (remote work possible)

Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time (flexible hours)
