Office Assistant - Nairobi, Kenya

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our office in Nairobi. You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations and assist in daily office tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing the office supplies, organizing and maintaining files, welcoming visitors and answering phone calls. You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office. This is a contract job suitable for candidates without prior experience.
