Debt Collection Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities
- Follow company policies and procedures for debt collection
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to debt collection

Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Previous experience in debt collection or similar role is preferred but not required
