Computer Support Specialist


As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and clients in regards to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be based in Vilnius, working with a diverse team of professionals from various backgrounds. This role is perfect for an Indian national who is fluent in English and seeking a part-time job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Install new software and hardware components as needed
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Provide training and support to users on new technology
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems
- Communicate with clients and customers to understand their technical concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep track of all technical issues and document resolutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working with diverse teams is preferred

Salary:
900$ per month (part-time)

Location:
Vilnius, Lithuania

Visa Requirements:
Candidate must have their own visa to work in Lithuania.

Working Hours:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
