Construction Project Manager



Construction Project Manager needed for a leading construction company in Gujrat. This role is suitable for experienced professionals with a strong background in project management and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and ensure their timely execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
- Hire and supervise workers on site, ensuring quality of work and adherence to project plans
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inspections of work site to ensure quality standards are being met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to construction projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1600 per month
