Our fast-growing company is seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms to drive data-driven decision making. This role requires strong technical skills in data science and machine learning, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Gather, clean, and preprocess data for analysis
- Build and maintain databases for efficient storage and retrieval of data
- Train and test models using various machine learning techniques
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal results
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Experience with SQL databases and data manipulation languages
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for model deployment
and management

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux (relocation assistance available)
