Project Manager - Construction (St-Petersburg)

As a Project Manager in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project in St-Petersburg. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and negotiate contracts
- Manage project team members and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure that all safety standards are upheld on the job site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in St-Petersburg
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure

Salary: The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location: This job is located in St-Petersburg.

Preference: We prefer candidates who have prior experience working as a Construction Manager in Russia or Eastern Europe.

Visa Sponsorship: We will provide visa sponsorship for international candidates if needed.

Accommodation: This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in St-Petersburg.
