Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budget plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Negotiate contracts and manage project budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as AutoCAD or Procore
