Quality Assurance Tester

A software testing company in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for testing software and identifying any defects or issues before it is released to the public. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and other documentation related to testing processes
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on software quality from a testing perspective

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically when identifying potential issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications
